VACANCY FOR SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER

THE VACANCY

Experienced Electro-Mechanical Quality Engineer with aerospace experience

Qualities / experience required :

· Proactive, with good communication skills (written & verbal) at all levels (internal, customers, suppliers)

· AS/EN 9100 (ISO 9001: 2000 minimum), including AS/EN 9102

· EASA Part 21 Subpart G useful

· Continuous Improvement, SPC & Metrics

· Internal auditing of Quality Management System (process & compliance)

· Supplier approval & surveillance (including auditing)

· Risk Analysis

· Root Cause Analysis (working knowledge of tools used), corrective & preventive actions (including report preparation) – parts, sub-assemblies & finished products

· Calibration

· Generation of project-related documentation e.g. Quality Plans & Product Acceptance

· Test procedures

· Knowledge of GRESS useful

THE PACKAGE

· The salary will be commensurate with the skills & experience of the successful candidate

· 5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays, Sick Pay Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, contributory pension scheme, subsidised canteen, and 37.5 hour basic working week with lunch-time finish on Fridays
